The IARU in Region 1 agreed a number of Emergency Communications 'Centres of Activity'. which will be implemented in bandplans from 1/Jan/05. Unfortunately as is usual in congested bands, some of the frequencies chosen clash with established users. This article reproduces an e-mail sent to the Worked All Britain Group and which has been published in their Newsletters and Mailing Lists to try emphasise what is going on and find ways of working together.
